Warm cedar siding, zinc cladding and metal screen mesh combine to create a rebirth for this formerly shingle clad building built in the 1970s. Immediately adjacent to a residential neighborhood, it was important to fit in while addressing concerns over sustainability and environmental sunshading that is achieved through the use of the metal shading devices and new glazing systems.
