Four residential units sit atop this three-story, mixed-use, residential and commercial building completing the vision for this block in Menlo Park’s Station Area plan. Because of site constraints, access to the site was provided through the adjacent property which was developed simultaneously (see 506 Santa Cruz). In addition, a mutually beneficial cross site parking agreement with the adjacent property provided a creative way of providing for all the necessary parking for the project.
